Comprehensively rebuilt the game-activity exclusion list after a third false positive (Microsoft.WidgetsPlatformRuntime), covering many more Microsoft and third-party non-game apps while keeping real games like the Solitaire Collection, Minecraft, and Sea of Thieves detectable. Fixed a startup race where a stale second instance could leave Quit, Check for updates, and Refresh unresponsive.
Expanded the game-activity false-positive fix to cover standard Windows-bundled first-party apps (Office Hub, Bing Weather, Mail and Calendar, and others) after Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub was found reporting as "Playing."
Fixed a game-activity false positive from a running Windows system component, added system-tray startup diagnostics and retry, and made the offline Windows installer the default download.
Fixed a startup freeze: local game-activity detection could block the entire app — including the tray icon — for a minute or more on machines with many installed Windows Store apps, due to a discovery step making one blocking system call per installed package. Detection is now fully asynchronous and never blocks startup. Published signed Windows installers plus matching AppImage, DEB, and RPM packages.
Added hybrid local game-activity detection: recognizes already-installed Steam, Epic (via Heroic on Linux), GOG, Microsoft Store, and Battle.net games on-device, with no launcher account connection required, plus a manual mapping option confirmed against Krit's game database. Published signed Windows installers plus matching AppImage, DEB, and RPM packages.
Made the native Windows caption controls follow Krit’s selected theme, removing the mismatched title-bar seam. Published signed Windows installers plus matching AppImage, DEB, and RPM packages.
First Authenticode-signed Windows release. Expanded game detection to 66 titles, added Minecraft Java title detection, and shipped desktop unread badges.
Introduced the small Windows web installer and update-delivery packaging used by later releases.
Consolidated the late-beta Linux formats and Windows package around the current media, account-security, connected-account, and native-window foundation.
Enabled Chromium’s PipeWire camera backend for Linux webcams, verified an Elgato Facecam at 1280×720/30 FPS, and brought Windows packaging up to the matching shell.
Rapid media and calling builds covering trusted camera permission, screen sharing, fullscreen behavior, audio calibration, and native desktop integration.
Delivered the compact Focus Stack/DM rail, native private messaging support, server categories, richer settings, notifications, DeepFilterNet controls, and role/channel foundations.
Restored the native video fullscreen control, tightened trusted-origin fullscreen policy, and synchronized browser fullscreen with the native window.
First broadly published Krit-branded Windows and Linux release with the selected logo, corrected application icons, and verified public SHA-256 hashes.
Early Windows and Debian packaging iterations. These established the native Electron wrapper and installer pipeline; detailed per-build public notes were not retained.
Current rollback-tested APK aligned with Krit’s connected-account, media, safety, and responsive hosted-app updates.
Gaming-first mobile release with native navigation polish, corrected system-bar insets, exact Krit colors, launcher/splash branding, and reliable back handling.
Intermediate inset, gesture, fullscreen, DM-layout, and native-shell correction builds retained for rollback.
Added Krit’s native app bar and Home/Friends/DMs/Servers/Voice navigation, safe-area handling across Android 7–15, secure hosted navigation, uploads, downloads, voice, and fullscreen video.
First native-navigation refinement following the initial packaged Android client.
Initial Krit Android package with authenticated web-app integration, microphone permission handling, and APK signing.
